Create an individual account

You can create an individual ECCAIRS 2 account yourself. The account is created immediately and is linked to one competent authority. It gives you access to your own reports. The authority can block an account if it is misused.

If you belong to an organisation that reports through ECCAIRS 2, ask its organisation administrator to create your account. You cannot request to join an existing organisation through the individual registration form.

Create your account​

  1. Open the ECCAIRS 2 Reporting Portal and select Register as an individual user.
  2. Select the competent authority for your account.
  3. Complete the registration form and submit it.
  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email address to activate access and sign in.

The same account cannot be used to submit reports to several competent authorities. An authority may subsequently share a report with another authority where appropriate; this does not change the authority to which your account is linked.

The old BookStack guide describes an approval or refusal step for individuals. That step conflicts with the confirmed current process and must not be carried into the new instructions.
