I cannot report without an account​

The selected authority may require registration for individuals or organisations. Check the reporting options, create an individual account, or request registration of your organisation.

I belong to an organisation but do not have an account​

Ask your organisation administrator to create your user account. Individual registration does not attach you to an organisation.

I submitted without an account and lost the confirmation email​

There is no recovery process for its link to the read-only copy. That link does not allow editing a report already submitted without an account.

The online form or offline PDF is not working​

Review any on-screen error message and check the selected authority and form. If the problem persists, use the support route shown on the reporting portal. A verified support address or form should be added here before publication.

Terms used in this guide​

  • Competent authority: the authority selected to receive the report.
  • Occurrence: an aviation safety event or circumstance that may need to be reported under applicable rules.
  • Original report: the report submitted by an individual or organisation.
  • Registered account: a user account linked to one competent authority and offering additional reporting functions.
